We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any changes in our services.
All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software used in connection with our services, is the exclusive property of Fomatic Technology or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal or business purposes, as agreed upon. This license does not allow you to copy, modify, or distribute any of our content without prior written consent.
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are also responsible for any activities that occur under your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fomatic Technology shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Fomatic Technology reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated revision date. Your continued use of our services following the changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
